dessert





















strawberries + lemon cashew cream

lemon cashew cream:
1 cup cashews, soaked (overnight is best but 2 hrs min. will work)
drain and rinse cashews.
place in vita mix with enough water to almost but not quite cover the cashews.
2 drops Young Living lemon essential oil (or to taste)

for a sweeter cream, add honey to taste and blend.

1 large fennel, grated
1/4 red cabbage, grated
4 celery sticks, sliced
red onion, diced
meyer lemon juice
organic cold-pressed hemp oil
pink himalayan salt

salad with no-bean hummus + raw pickle

breakfast





















green smoothie:
2 cups frozen raspberries
swiss chard
1 scoop sunwarrior raw vegan protein
1 T raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 t pure radiance c
1 t maca
3/4 cup water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
