green smoothie:
(serves 2)
4 cups frozen raspberries
1 bunch italian parsley
4 t ormus supergreens
3 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
6 T chia gel
4 t maca
1 1/2 cups water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
