dinner





















marinated mushrooms + mashed rosemary cauliflower with lemon + fennel coleslaw

snack





















strawberries + lemon cashew cream

lemon cashew cream:
2 cups raw cashews, soaked (measured before soaking)
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
3 T raw local honey
1 t vanilla
3 drops lemon essential oil

blend all ingredients in Vita Mix until smooth and creamy.

lunch





















green juice:
1 grapefruit
1 apple
1 lemon, peeled
several leaves of dino kale

run all ingredients through juicer.

breakfast
