lunch





















zucchini noodles with spicy almond sauce:

zucchini noodles (sliced with mandoline)
red bell pepper, thinly sliced
raw almonds, soaked and chopped
pinch of cayenne pepper

gently toss noodles + red pepper with spicy almond sauce.
top with chopped almonds + cayenne pepper.

breakfast





















green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup young thai coconut
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh coconut water
1 cup spinach
