salad with lemon dijon dressing:
mesclun mix
sugar plum tomatoes
hemp seeds

breakfast





















24 oz green juice:
1/4 pineapple
2 large cucumbers with peel
sorrel
apple mint

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
