dinner



















chopped salad
(from 'crazy sexy kitchen' by kris carr + chef chad sarno)

romaine hearts
parsley
sunflower seeds
black sesame seeds
olive oil
white balsamic vinegar
pink himalayan salt
black pepper
chickpeas*

*not raw

snack



















prickly pear lemonade:
1 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups water
2 oz prickly pear juice
6 drops stevia

lunch



















green smoothie:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 bunch italian parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 t ormus supergreens
1 scoop sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
3 T chia gel
2 t maca extreme
1 T raw organic coconut oil
1 1/2 t healthforce truly natural vitamin c
3/4 cup water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
