lunch





















salad with no-bean hummus

salad:
red leaf amaranth
sorrel
armenian cucumber
black sesame seeds

no-bean hummus:
(recipe from 'RAWvolution' by Matt Amsden)
2 zucchini, peeled + chopped
3/4 cup raw tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled
2 1/2 t pink himalayan salt
1/2 T ground cumin

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
