salad:
romaine heart
green onion
persian cucumber
cherry tomatoes
black botija olives
marinated artichoke hearts*
lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
pink himalayan salt

*flash pasturized

breakfast





















chocolate cherry:
(modified from 'everyday raw' by matthew kenny)

1 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
1/8 cup cacao nibs
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 t vanilla extract
pinch of pink himalayan salt

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
