berry protein smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 scoop sunwarrior raw vegan protein
1/2 cup water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.

breakfast





















20 oz green juice + chlorella:
1 large cucumber, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 head romaine lettuce
1 granny smith apple
3 celery stalks

run ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
