dinner





















celery root soup
serves 4
(modified from 'raw food real world' by matthew kenney + sarma melngailis)

4 cups chopped celery root
1 cup granny smith apple
1 cup water
blend in Vita Mix until smooth.

1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked
1 cup water
1 t salt
2 T raw extra-virgin coconut oil
6 T extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
add to mixture in Vita Mix.
blend until smooth.

garnish with diced apple and chives.

lunch

lemon + fennel coleslaw
gt's organic raw gingerade kombucha
raw dark chocolate

snack





















green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 lime
1/2 to 3/4 cups water
