raw 'rice' + salad with hemp seeds + Juliano's dressing

raw 'rice':

1 cauliflower, chopped into rice-like texture in food processor
1 jicama, chopped into rice-like texture in food processor
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
lemon zest
1 t pink himalayan salt
pinch of cumin
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

gently toss all ingredients together.

snack





















green smoothie:
makes 2

2 cups frozen pineapple
1 banana
4 oz sunflower greens
1/2 cup water

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.

4 large leaves dino kale
1 grapefruit
1 granny smith apple
1 cucumber
run all ingredients through juicer.
