lunch





















tomato cucumber salad:
cherry tomatoes
cucumber, peeled
chives, oregano + thyme from the garden
lemon juice
black botija olives

breakfast





















green juice:
2 large cucumbers with peel (unwaxed)
1/2 bunch celery with leaves
6 large leaves dino kale
1 small apple
1 lemon, peeled

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
