salad:
mesclun mix
sunflower greens
persian cucumbers

maggie's farm dressing

raw cashew/macadamia nut cheese
(from 'rawvolution' by matt amsden)

breakfast





















16 oz green juice:
several large leaves dino kale, stems removed
1 lemon, peeled
1 pink lady apple
1 large english cucumber with peel (unwaxed)

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
