lunch





















kelp noodles with orange almond sauce

orange almond sauce:
3/4 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup coconut water
1 T raw local honey
3 T fresh squeezed orange juice
1 T Nama Shoyu
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t pink himalayan salt
1 garlic clove
zest from 1 orange

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.

toss sauce with:
12 oz package of Sea Tangle kelp noodles (soaked and rinsed)
sorrel, julienned
apple mint, julienned

sprinkle with:
chives
black sesame seeds
orange zest
