2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut
1 cup coconut water
seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
handful apple mint leaves

combine all ingredients in vita mix.

3 T cacao powder
1 T cacao nibs
1 T maca
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t cayenne
seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean
1 T hemp seed
1 T cashews
pinch pink himalayan salt
2 T raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
2 T raw organic local honey
4 cups cold-brewed cacao tea

combine all ingredients in vita mix.

1/2 bunch dino kale
3 stalks celery
1 granny smith apple
1 lemon, peeled

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
