lunch





















salad with lemon dijon dressing

salad:
mesclun mix
sunflower greens
raw organic sprouted sunflower seeds


lemon dijon dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 t whole grain dijon mustard
1 t dijon mustard
1/4 t pink himalayan salt
1/4 t raw organic local honey

whisk ingredients together and toss with salad.
