snack





















lemon-limeade:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lime juice (juiced with a bit of peel)
3 cups water
3 drops stevia

dinner





















taco salad:
mixed baby lettuces
green onion, sliced
carrot, grated
tomato, diced
lime juice
lemon juice
pink himalayan salt
walnut taco filling

lunch

green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
mixed baby lettuces
2 t ormus supergreens
1 1/2 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
1 T organic extra virgin coconut oil
3 T chia gel
3/4 cups water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
