dinner






















red leaf butter lettuce salad with carrots + hummus

lemonade:
1 cup lemon juice (run lemons through juicer with a bit of peel)
3 cups water
6 drops stevia

snack





















best smoothie:
(modified from 'everyday raw' by matthew kenney)
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup young thai coconut
1/4 t vanilla extract
apple mint

combine all ingredients in vita mix.

breakfast





















green smoothie:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 bunch cilantro
2 t ormus supergreens
1 1/2 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
1 T organic extra virgin coconut oil
3/4 cups water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
