strawberries + lemon cashew cream

lemon cashew cream:
1 cup cashews, soaked (overnight is best but 2 hrs min. will work)
drain and rinse cashews.
place in vita mix with enough water to almost but not quite cover the cashews.
2 drops Young Living lemon essential oil (or to taste)

for a sweeter cream, add honey to taste and blend.

  1. Kathy - sounds lazy, but do you have the recipe for the lemon cashew cream ?

    Made the walnut/lettuce tacos last week - really good.
