breakfast





















best smoothie:
(modified from 'everyday raw' by matthew kenney)

1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup young thai coconut meat
5 large apple mint leaves
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 t vanilla extract
1/2 scoop warrior blend raw protein
1 t maca

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
