lunch



















shaved brussels sprouts + radicchio:
(modified from 'women's health magazine' nov 2012)

salad:
10 brussels sprouts, shaved or grated
1/4 head radicchio, shaved
honeycrisp apple, grated

vinaigrette:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T water
2 T sherry vinegar
1 t dijon mustard
1 T shallot, minced
1/4 t pink himalayan salt
1/8 t black pepper

whisk together vinaigrette ingredients.
toss with salad.
