green smoothie:
1 cup frozen blackberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 t
ormus supergreens
1 1/2 scoops
sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
3 T
chia gel
2 t
maca
3/4 cup water
combine all ingredients in
vita mix
.
