breakfast
green smoothie:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 t ormus supergreens
1 1/2 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
1 T organic extra virgin coconut oil
2 t maca
3/4 cups water
combine all ingredients in vita mix.
