lunch





















best smoothie:
(modified from 'everyday raw' by matthew kenney)

1 cup fresh pineapple
1/4 cup young thai coconut meat
1/2 cup coconut water
apple mint leaves
1/4 t vanilla extract
1/2 scoop sunwarrior raw vegan protein
1/2 t pure radiance c
1 t ormus supergreens
1 t maca
3 T chia gel

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
