lunch





















green smoothie:
1 cup frozen cherries (20 cherries)
handful sorrel
1 T raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
1 1/2 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein
1/2 T standard process whole food fiber
1/2 cup water

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
