lunch





















salad with carrot + ginger dressing

salad:
4 cups mesclun greens
2 green onions, sliced
1 persian cucumber with peel

carrot + ginger dressing:
(modified from goop newsletter 15)
2 medium carrots
1 large shallot, peeled
2" knob of ginger, peeled
2 T organic cold-pressed hemp oil
1 T meyer lemon juice
2 T water
1/2 t pink himalayan salt

combine ingredients in vita mix.
toss with salad.
