dinner





















salad with dijon dressing

salad:
mesclun mix
grated beet
grated jicama

dijon dressing:
2 T moutarde de meaux pommery
3-4 shallots, dehydrated for approx. 4hr at 100 degrees F
1/4 cup + 2 T organic cold-pressed hemp oil
1/4 cup meyer lemon juice
fresh thyme
1 t pink himalayan salt

combine all ingredients in vita mix.
toss with salad.
