dinner





















zucchini noodles with red pepper sauce

red pepper sauce:
(modified from 'a taste of heaven and earth' by bettina vitell)

3 red peppers, seeds removed + chopped
juice of 1/2 lime
1 T balsamic vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves
1 roma tomato
2 T fresh cilantro
3 T hemp oil

combine all ingredients in food processor + blend.

zucchini noodles:
4 zucchini, cut with spirooli slicer
