breakfast
20 oz green juice:
2 large cucumbers with peel (unwaxed)
3 celery stalks
1 small apple
1 lemon, peeled
parsley + sorrel
run all ingredients through
juicer
.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t
MSM crystals
