heirloom tomato salad with lemon dill vinaigrette
salad:
mesclun mix
heirloom tomatoes
sunflower greens
raw sprouted sunflower seeds
chopped fresh dill
lemon dill vinaigrette:

1/3 cup olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 T minced fresh dill
1 garlic clove
1/4 t
pink himalayan salt
1/4 t raw organic local honey
whisk ingredients together and toss with salad.
