breakfast





















20 oz green juice:
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch celery with leaves
3 large leaves dino kale, stems removed
1 bosc pear
1 lemon, peeled
1 cucumber with peel

run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t MSM crystals.
