breakfast
24 oz green juice:
8 large leaves romaine lettuce
1 large cucumber with peel
4 stalks celery with greens
1 d'anjou pear
1 lemon, peeled
run all ingredients through
juicer
.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t
MSM crystals
