lunch





















green smoothies
(serves 2)

smoothie 1:
1 cup frozen mango
1 banana
1 T organic raw coconut butter
1/8 cup coconut water
4 oz sunflower greens

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.

smoothie 2:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 T organic raw coconut butter
1/8 cup coconut water
dino kale

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
