breakfast





















green smoothie:
(makes 3)

3 cups frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup young thai coconut
1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
2 T raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
2 T maca powder
1 1/2 cups water
pinch pink himalayan salt
swiss chard

combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
