miso soup:
serves 2
3 T
South River sweet-tasting brown rice miso
2 T
raw tahini
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 " long piece ginger
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked
2 cups very warm water
combine all ingredients in
Vita Mix
.
garnish with green onion.
