lunch




















green smoothie:
(modified chocolate-cherry recipe from 'Everyday Raw' by Matthew Kenney)
1 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
1/8 cup raw cacao nibs
1/8 cup water
1/2 t vanilla
pinch of pink himalayan salt
1 T raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
3 oz spinach
combine ingredients in Vita Mix
