green smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/8 cup
raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup
coconut water
1 T
raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
1/4 t vanilla
pinch of
pink himalayan salt
4 dino kale leaves
blend all ingredients well in
Vita Mix
