salad with tangy dill dressing
salad:
watercress
romaine hearts
cucumber
grape tomatoes
fresh dill
tangy dill dressing:
(from 'The 3-Day Cleanse' by Zoe Sakoutis + Erica Huss*)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked 1 hr
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 t pink himalayan salt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 T fresh dill, chopped
blend all ingredients in Vita Mix.
add dill just until broken down.
