lunch





















radish + cucumber pickles:

several large radishes, very thinly sliced
1 cucumber, peeled + very thinly sliced
1 large shallot, very thinly sliced
1/4 cup raw unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar with the 'mother'
1/2 t pink himalayan salt
1 T local organic honey

combine radishes, cucumber + shallot slices in bowl.
wisk vinegar, salt + honey together and toss well with vegetables.
let sit for a few minutes before serving.
