green smoothie:
2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut meat
1 cup coconut water
1 T maca powder
pinch of pink himalayan salt
20 leaves chocolate mint
sorrel
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
breakfast
green smoothie:
1 cup mango
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut water
sunflower greens
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
