dinner
salad with
spicy almond sauce
salad:
romaine heart
grated carrot
grated jicama
grated beet
sliced radishes
breakfast
green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1/2 cup young thai coconut
3/4 cup coconut water
1 T maca powder
1 bunch cilantro
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
