lunch
salad with
no-bean hummus
salad:
herb salad mix
micro greens
mixed medley cherry tomatoes
raw organic sprouted sunflower seeds
breakfast
32 oz green juice:
(serves 2)
1/4 pineapple
1 bunch cilantro
2 large cucumbers with peel
4 stalks celery with leaves
run all ingredients through
juicer
.
strain to remove any fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t
MSM crystals
to each glass.
