lunch
salad with honey dijon dressing
dijon dressing:
4 T lemon juice
10 T olive oil
2 t dijon mustard
2 t local organic honey
1/4 t pink himalayan salt
1 clove garlic
salad:
mixed baby greens
cucumber, sliced
sugar plum tomatoes
breakfast
juice:
6 carrots
1 1/2 cucumbers, peeled
1/2 bunch celery
1 lemon, peeled
run all ingredients through juicer.
