snack
best smoothie with mango
(recipe modified from 'everyday raw' by Matthew Kenney)
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup young thai coconut meat
1 cup coconut water
1/2 t vanilla
pinch of pink himalayan salt
10 apple mint leaves
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
