snack
chocolate mulberry fudge:
1 cup white mulberries
1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup raw organic extra-virgin coconut oil
1 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup raw local honey
blend ingredients in Vita Mix.
pour into 2 silicone muffin trays.
cool in fridge/freezer before serving.
lunch
green smoothie:
1 cup frozen mango
1 banana
1 T Andean Power Maca Blend
4 oz sunflower greens
1/4 cup water
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
breakfast
green juice:
3 cucumbers, peeled
5 celery stalks
parsley
1 lemon
run all ingredients through juicer.
