20 oz green juice:
2 large cucumbers with peel (unwaxed)
1 lemon, peeled
1 lime, peeled
1 granny smith apple
large handful parsley
run all ingredients through
juicer
.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
stir in 1/2 t
MSM crystals
