miso soup:
serves 2
3 T South River sweet-tasting brown rice miso
2 T raw tahini
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 " long piece ginger
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked
2 cups very warm water
combine all ingredients in Vita Mix.
garnish with green onion.

green smoothie:
serves 2
2 cups frozen blackberries
1 large banana
1/4 cup goji berries
1/2 cup young thai coconut
1/2 cup fresh coconut water
dino kale
blend all ingredients well in Vita Mix.
