snack
hot pink ginger lemonade:
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 beet, juiced
large knob ginger, juiced
3 cups water
6 drops stevia
lunch
green smoothie:
1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
4 oz sunflower greens
2 t ormus supergreens
1 1/2 scoops sunwarrior raw vegan protein (vanilla)
3 T chia gel
2 t maca
1 T raw organic coconut oil
3/4 cup water
combine all ingredients in vita mix.
