'cheese' pierogies + maggie's farm marinated greens
(from 'rawvolution' by matt amsden)
raw cashew/macadamia nut 'cheese'
jicama pierogie shell
lunch
24 oz hot pink:
(modified from 'raw food real world' by matthew kenney + sarma melngailis)
1/2 pineapple
1 beet
beet greens
9 strawberries with greens
2" knob of ginger
1 large english cucumber with peel (unwaxed)
run all ingredients through juicer.
strain to remove any remaining fine pulp.
