green smoothie:
2 bananas
1/4 cup
raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 T
Cocopura coconut creme lacuma-vanilla
1/2 t vanilla
several dino kale leaves
blend all ingredients in
Vita Mix
breakfast
carrot celery juice:
4 carrots
4 celery sticks
run all ingredients through
juicer
